ESG Management
Bohui Paper actively promotes the construction of ESG management and continuously improves the Company's ESG management. In 2022, the Company carried out plenty of work in improving the system construction for core ESG issues such as energy conservation and environmental protection, production safety, and occupational health and safety. The Company comprehensively promotes the integration of MBOS into the daily management of all departments, and fully mobilises the enthusiasm and initiatives of on-site management of all departments through establishing the performance appraisal mechanism, conducting on-site management competition activities, etc., to promote the Company to achieve win-win economic, environmental and social results.
The Company attaches great importance to the cultivation of ESG capabilities. In 2022, the Company carried out ESG special training sessions and ESG report project summary meetings in conjunction with the preparation of the ESG report, to continuously strengthen the popularisation of ESG concepts. The Company also organised employees of relevant departments to participate in a series of ESG thematic training such as the frontier trends of sustainable development, international mainstream ESG ratings, ESG risk and opportunity management, carbon neutral certification, and carbon asset management.
