Committed to green development, Bohui has launched a successful waste-to-value circular initiative.

By recycling discarded roll end-caps from production lines, the team successfully replaced purchased corrugated cardboard used for cargo padding and protection. Through cross-department collaboration, a daily recovery, sorting, and processing mechanism was established to transform industrial waste into valuable protection materials.

Key Achievements:

- Lean Cost Control: Monthly procurement of new cardboard has plummeted, significantly slashing auxiliary material costs.

- Eco-Friendly Operations: Substantially reduced factory solid waste and cut down disposal expenses, embedding low-carbon practices into the entire supply chain.

Moving forward, the team will further optimize cross-workshop material flows and expand the recycling model to build a rock-solid foundation for green, lean warehousing.
